OMG Andro is the worst and I mean worst pro-hormone out there. It sucks balls. Barely works and shouldn't even have been sold because of how useless it was.

I think this has had a major setback towards the game. Using steroids to increase your game is just not right. Many people have been banned from playing sports so should these people be.

I really think it is against the spirit of the game. One of the major sports watched in America, these incidents might lead to disastrous effect on MLB.

Rich Rodriguez has gone from one good team to another. The expectations at Michigan should be the same as they were when he was coaching at West Virginia. They want wins, not excuses. The fans at the games will still be supportive at "The Big House". They also will still have their Michigan Wolverines merchandise whether they win or lose but the Wolverines better not lose too many games or Rodriguez will be looking for another job.

First of all, Montreal is not a U.S. city. So they can't be called 'Hockeytown, USA'

Secondly, empty seats are due to the high ticket prices with an economy that is in the crapper. Most people don’t understand this because their states have a very good to decent economy unlike Michigan who has been in a one-state recession.

Thirdly the State of Michigan pumps out great hockey players too. This is why they have a great youth hockey program and have the most register hockey players in the U.S.

And finally, 1.4 million Red Wings fans came out to the parade today. That is way more fans then if you combine the last three NHL cup winner’s parades from the past seasons.

I agree; this is one of best sports movies made over the past 10 years. It's almost too bad that it was on HBO, rather than given a theatrical release, as more people might have seen it.

When I watch '61*' again, however, I realize that I enjoy the Mickey Mantle stuff much more than the Roger Maris narrative - which is, of course, the story of the film. Thomas Jane was great as Mantle, and I almost would've preferred to see him in his own movie.
